Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

have you talked to your doc about the blood work to try and see what type of anemia you've got going on. Some are helped a lot by the B-12 shots but others are not..There is a thread about this with Doc Sanae's explanation on the whole iron issue...

I agree with Bree. Let Doc handle that one. I would ask your Dr like Bree suggested because they will need lab test to see what your low in. Mine has told me I have to take Vitamin B12 shots for life along with 4 Flintstones a day at intervals. He also stated I will need blood test every so many weeks to keep check on myself. He stated hes done this for 20 years and knew what he was talking about and made me sign a paper to that fact that he required it. So ask your Dr honey.

yeah definitely go with the dr's opinion. You might hurt yourself if you self diagnose or medicate. our little stomachs are so delicate. I am sure that if your doc does bloodwork he can figure out which type of anemia you have and medicate you accordingly. Please please check with your doc.

You MUST get your dr in on this.
You should get a blood analysis done, and your VB12 level, your blood count and hemoglobin level, your iron level, plus other data related to anemia should be checked first, then have the necessary amount of VB12 and iron prescribed, followed up to see if the amount is effective, the the dosage and/or form in which you supplement changed if necessary.

Iron if taken in exess accumilates in the liver and cause liver damage, so taking too much iron than necessary can actually be dangerous.

FYI, though, prescription oral iron tablets contain around 50-100mg iron per pill and the upper limit for daily intake is around 100 mg, though it may vary with the particular pill form.
