OK this might top out as the stupidest quesiton of all but I have to ask...
I like to eat JUST a piece of meat for dinner. A 1/2 chicken breast or some stewed beef; something small because thats all that fits lol. BUT, today I added some watermelon cubes. It was so good. Never been a fan but for some reason I was craving it, so i tossed a few cubes in my plate next to my chicken. I'm concerned because we arent supposed to eat and drink at the same time. HOWEVER, watermelon turns to fluid at first bite. If I have watermelon after I eat my meat, would this be considered eating and drinking at the same time?

Seriously, is this gonna empty the protein out of my pouch sooner than it would normally empty???
...just when i thought i was getting the hang of this....LOL!
