Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

legumes (beans) are complex carbs meaning they contain both protein and carbs..but a good kind!

Beans For Health
Here is a site I found with some nutrition info on beans. They do have protein and carbs. So, looks like they are both. Take care!! Amy

They're both. And good for you too. When I was in the puree stage I was advised to eat them because pureed meats werent sitting well initially. It's not a stupid question at all

Also, think tofu--they are made from soy beans, and are consisdered protein food.
Some of the protein powsers are made from soy, too.
