Well crap. I'm just about 4 months out and i'm starting to lose hair like crazy so I upped my protein to 100g and I've been taking a multi with biotin and after reading this I'm resigned to dealing with it for now.

I am fortunate that I have extremely thick hair and it will be a while before it's even noticeable but I'm also very very vain about my hair (it's my best feature) and I will probably need therapy to deal with the loss...lol

As for my nails I have acrylic overlays so my nails don't break. Yeah I know it's cheating but I love the look of long manicured nails and I don't care what anyone thinks...lol

I take one of the vit. per day plus my 2 chewable. the shampoo and conditioner I use every shower. make my head tingly
