Default I'm Losing My Hair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK folks. Ive seen this question asked before BUT i wanted to post it for myself to see if anyone has the same hair texture or issues as me.

MY HAIR IS VERY DRY AND FALLING OUT!
does anyone have any tips for me???
me curly 1.JPG

This is my hair in its natural state. I guess you could call it curly?? I do not "relax" or "perm" my hair. All i do to straighten it is blow dry it, which i have stopped doing because ITS FALLING OUT. I thought if i stopped using heat on it that it would at least slow donw the process but that is SOOOOOO not the case LOL! I knew it would come to this. I'm not in denial or anything. I just want to know if anyone has suggestions about moiturizers or something....ANYTHING!!!!

HELP! 911!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Try that Biotin. A friend of mine takes a pill of it every day and bought a shampoo that has it in it. It has slowed it way down and she already has new growth coming back in.

My hair got pretty thin up to about 6 months out from surgery. I ate the protein required by my doctor, took my vitamins, and eventually my hair started to recover. It was distressing at first for me too. Hair is not a priority for a body healing, recovering, and losing weight rapidly. Don't worry, I'm certain it will come back. Just keep up with the diet your surgeon gave you. Take care, Amy
