Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

if i remember correctly, when my nutritionistmoved me to puree (blended) she told me to use broths to make them smooth. I dont know why i wasnt "allowed" to use the cream soups...cant remember. thats a shame too because it wasnt even that long ago lol!

Default Creamed soups OK

...if they are low fat cream soups. I've been doing that very thing to moisten meals. An easy recipe I've used too (finishing week #3), is to put plain, deboned cod onto a cookie sheet and tin foil. I spray the tin foil in the middle with Pam, lay on the cod slices, then sprinkle with salt and dill. I spread non fat Miracle Whip on top and then wrap the tinfoil around the fish, leaving a bit of space for steam. Depending upon the size of the cod, I bake for 15 minutes or so until it's flaky. This has worked well for me. I can buy the cod at WalMart for $3.75 a bag and it's individually sectioned into two small pieces.

Yes, you use it instead of gravy but you have to make sure that it is low fat or fat free. I have done this for a long time for regular family meals and everyone loves it.

As long as your doctor cleared you passed a milk product
stage the cream soups are fine.
I know my surgeon steps you up milk a separate liquid
week to be sure you have not become lactose intolerant.
SO as long as you were fine with milk based proteins shakes
and protein puddings i would imagine fine.

I of course was careful of hidden carbs in my soups...
and used a chicken cheddar broccoli soup that had decent
protein and lo carbs and blended out the chunks ...when i was
on pureed....

my fav dish at this stage was the noodless lasagna.....that appealed
alot to my senses at this fussy picky stage.
