Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | When is it ok to eat tomattos? I really am not sure. I am one month out and haven't thought about it. The seeds are the issue, I think. How long before raw? I agree with Kenyar, about 6 months before the pouch can digest them on belend food what about salsa? I would wait awhile on salsa, especially hot salsa. I would wait until you get to the soft food phase also what about onions?use onion salt. like egg salid? little mayo (LITTLE) and a little Onion then blended ? what do ya think I think that would be fine. I really do. I did this for egg and tuna salad.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | On another note, the first week you will not think about food. If you are lucky, the next week you won't think about food. I was just not hungry. Now, I was ready to try something my second week, but that first week Carnation Instant Breakfast was all I could do or wanted to do. Best of luck to you! You are going to do just fine.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I found that tuna salad was the best stuff in the world when I moved toe the puree phase and it chews down so easily. I also ate cottage cheese so much it is hard for me to look at it now. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask. I went through a rough patch of head hunger by the end of my second week and I just had to try something different. Head hunger is the worst!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | i think the first things i ate were jello, pudding, mashed potatos, and smashed beans. some drs disagree on the beans but it tasted better and went down way better than pureed chicken at first. egg salad works, be careul of tuna salad, for some reason it gives me the dreaded lump in the chest even still to this day. i cant tell if i need to puke or just give it a minute lol! honestly, you arent going to are about food at all the first few weeks. heck im 3 months out and could tell you honestly, if it werent fro my daughter naging me saying she's hungry i would forget all about food....so excited for you |
