Default question about salad

Hubby wants to go out for lunch today being that it is our first day together without the nephew.

I didn't realize how much I missed having just a plan old salad. Now I know it has little or no nutritional value in the quantitiy that I eat, so I am thinking maybe a spinich salad? is it going to effect me like cabbage stuff does? HELP!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Everything is different and trial and error.
You won't know until you try out.
Good luck!!

Ive been doing salad. Little amounts at a time. Like Doc says, trial and error. Everyone is different. I order my salds with chicken or some other type of protein and fill up on that first and then eat a bit of salad. Works for me. but everyone is different. Best of luck with your lunch date with hubby.

ok........salad is a no no. I did good just a little and put cheese and some meaty bits on the side. no "dressing" I was puttin right along when "BAM" I got soooooooooooooooooooo nausiated! I was determined not to . so i just kept breathing and breathing. Got up and took a walk outside. hubby and I went to the store after. I was still not feeling great , but for the most part the nausia had passed. Then I got a case of the ickies. ickies=feeling clamy, like your going to pass out and get the shakes really bad. Hubs got me out to the car with a thing of bottled water and I sip sip sipped until I got home.

What a wonderful day my poor hubby had with me
