Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  liquid diet my surgeons office just called and they want me to go on a liquid diet before my office visit on 8/3. As I stated in another post they want me to lower my BMI before surgery. All they told me was protien shakes. Can you guys help me out with maybe something a little more tasty in between the shakes?

It consisted of any "drink", broth, sf jello, sf popsicles, egg drop soup, I can't seem to remember the rest. But that was considered "clear liquid", a liquid diet may be a little more added. Good luck, it's not an easy thing to do, but you CAN do it  |
