| Feelings Of The Pouch
I Measure All My Food As Im Suppose To But I Guess Im Just Not Used To The Feeling Of The "pouch". Somtimes Im Afraid Im Stretching It Out, Or Hurting It Or Somthing Cause I Get So Full So Fast. Once Im Full I Dont Force Myself To Eat More. But I Just Get Worried.

You are doing FINE girl. Be happy that you feel that "full" feeling, it's almost 3 months out and I STILL don't get that feeling unless I really eat more than normal. Or if it's something "heavier" than usual. Just go with the flow!! You're doing GREAT!!!

Don't worry about the *full* feeling whether you have it or not.
It taker 3-4 months for your pouch and guts to heal completely and settle down, and how your pouch feels will change from day to day.

JUST follow your instructions and all will be fine.
YOUR not going to over stretch your pouch
but you do have to be sure your allowing
to tightly seal closed. ALL is fine
just stop when your full.
OVER time eventually you will eat a little
more.
just relax and all will be fine.
MOST signs of trouble would be vommitting
and your not haveing any of that!
RELAX and try to enjoy
even though its a scary time

| - Eat three very small meals per day - Stop eating at the first sensation of abdominal pressure or fullness.
Protein supplements, in the form of liquid or bar, between meals might be required to meet your daily protein requirements. DO NOT TEST your pouch's limits. This can lead to mechanical problems and sabotage your weight loss goals.
Eat very slowly. Take 30 minutes to eat each meal no longer.
Eat solid food only at meals. Take very small bites and chew your food to applesauce consistency.
select a balanced diet, choosing foods from all groups in the Food Guide Pyramid.
Be sure to meet your daily protein recommendation by eating at least one food high in protein in each meal. Use protein drinks and bars as needed to reach your daily protein goal.
Avoid sugar, sweets and desserts. Also avoid high fat foods such as cream soups, gravy, butter etc.
Avoid foods which often cause stomach upset. Reduce intake of coffee, chocolate, caffeine or pepper if discomfort results.
Drink only calorie-free beverages (except nonfat milk and protein drinks). Consume at least 6-8 cups of fluid per day. DO NOT drink with meals, 15 minutes before or for 60 minutes after your meals. Avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks.
Take a multivitamin and 1200-1500 mg calcium daily.
Take additional vitamin supplements as needed based on lab values. - Maintain consistency with your exercise plan. Exercise at least 60 minutes every day. This can be in 15 to 20 minutes periods.

I am just over 3 months out and I don't really get that full feeling, I just measure my food and make sure I don't over do it.
