Exclamation What are your thoughts on crystal light verses water?

You see well i was on the meda-fast for 5 weeks all i could have to drink was water or unsweet decaf tea.

So now that i have my surgery and im not on Meda-fast HOLALUYA!I am drinking mostly crystal light.

Is this a bad thing

I just like the taste it and i can drink so much better at getting my fluides in when i can have it.

just wondering if it will slow my waight loss down or is it a bad thing or is it ok?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

crystal light isnt bad at all. i just cant really drink it anymore. powdered drinks tend to repeat on me. so now i eaither have to go with pre-mixed juices, or just stick to water. honestly, I have a HUGE appreciation for just plain water now....

Like they said, it's fine to drink. And I'm the same way as you, I like the taste, so....if it helps you drink more DRINK IT!!!! LOL Believe me, you will start getting tired of it in time. I've switched to different stuff. Last night at Wal-mart I bought a big variety of the singles. That's all ANY of us drink at home anymore. So, I like to keep variety. We have the different teas, 2 kinds of propel, about 3 kinds of Crytal lights, and some SF kool-aids. NO MORE SODA!!!! :-)

I can't stand plain water, so I drink crystal light 90% of the time, other than that I drink water with a little lemon juice.

I was drinking a lot of the Hydration Crystal Light and I think that might have been messing me up. I stopped drinking it and I think it's helped with my swelling. Doc said something about my electrolytes being goofy when I mentioned that I wasn't eating a whole lot of sodium, and then I realized I'd been drinking a lot of this Crystal Light stuff with electrolytes.......

I've been trying to ease up a little and drink more water too. I don't know. Seems like water flushes me out better. I get soooooo tired of water though.

Well for me i got bored with water alot and with drinks and had to change them around alot.
I did crystal light...but i found that drink did cause me personal cravings
so i had to back off it a bit...i had a phase with the tangerine flavor.
MY surgeon allows any liquid propel, sugar free koolaide, diet snapple, crystal light, protein shakes to count towards liquid intake so use what
ever is working for you!
of course i also do the good old fashion bottled waters too.....
i use the packets now and then that pour into a water bottle
vitamin water.....i have to shake it up to keep gettting in the daily
requirements!
