Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I had that for a while, but it did pass. I have no medical info to offer but maybe there are just so many things changing in the body it needs to readjust. I still sleep less than before I lost weight but most of the time now, I hit the pillow and I am OUT!

Hope this passes quickly.

I have had this too and complained on here about it. I take Tylenol PM. I have to get some sleep. I do not take it every day, maybe once a week or when I have been laying in the bed for hours and sleep has not made it to me. Why don't you try that tonight? They come in caplet form and they go down pretty well for me.

Well I hate to a say it but I have the complete opposite problem. I use to be a night owl and stay up late. now Im lucky if i can make it to 11 pm or even sometimes 10pm. I never went to bed early before surgery. But ever since I came home from the hospital I sleep like a baby.
How about the caffine? Are your drinking alot of that maybe?
I use to take Tylenol PM before surgery and it worked for me. And sometimes Benydrl too.
Hope it gets better soon for you. Dont know how you function on just a few hours sleep like that. WOW!!!!!! I would be so tired.

Perhaps you have anxiety and its tough for you to settle down with all those thoughts swimming through. I mean you are a busy woman... you work, you raise a beautiful daughter, and you support us as well! You must have so much going on....

Try another bubble bath, this time turn off the lights, light some candles, turn on some relaxing music, and just have Kenya time... Hey - even if it doesn't make you sleepy, at least you had some quality alone time!

I haven't had the surgery yet but I have the same problem and so does my mom. I know one of my issues is stress. If something stresses me out to bad I might as well forget all about sleep because it's not coming and that is what happened last night. My car was stolen again, 2nd car in a two month period. Not good. Last night I didn't go to sleep until after 3:30am and back up at 5:00am. I know I can't keep going like this, so if you get some answers please let me know.
