Default too low cholesterol??

Doc..when is low cholesterol not a good thing or is it ever a bad? thing?.

I got full panel with cholesterol, hormones (woohoo I get to take testosterone!) and she said they are faxing it all over to my PCP to see if he wants to talk about my cholesterol being really low.

lol..and everyone in my life worries about my FAT intake being too high!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Cholesterol is not only ingested, but more is made by our body.
Cholesterol is part of our cell walls, and also one of the ingredients of various hormones. It also is in our skin, and helps makes it resistant to water solubule substances. In other words, though cholesterol is often mentioned in relation to atherosclerosis--hardening of the artery walls--, actually, it is a very essential lipid for our body. So, too low will need some correction. The recommended range is 200-130, but if it's above 100, usually, that's within permissible limits. If its lower than that, the why may need to be investigated, and something done to correct it, like ingest more cholesterol rich food.
Hope it isn't as low as that.

Me too I'll be getting a copy from the doc in the mail so I'll know what numbers we are talking specifically. I've always had normal low end so that is kind of interesting.
She did suggest eating more higher fat foods ..which my gosh I already do but not like what most people think. Nuts, cheese, yoghurt whole milk made if I can get it otherwise it's fat free lol...
plus..with this surgery most of the fat I ingest gets passed into the toilet, you know?

who need ALLI! LOL
