Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Exercise pre-op helps tone up your body, and probably will help out with the sag and flab, you'll get less with a better toned body beforehand. Also, the habit will help you make exercise post op easier. Even if you don't lose weight as in scales, your inches shrink, some, too. Aren't your clothes a bit looser?
Don't be discouraged that the scale doesn't move yet, it is sure to help you post op.

Take what Doc says and use that. Its amazing how the skin starts to sag after surgery. I didnt think about it too much but now its really starting to. So you will be one step ahead in the long run if you have been working out already. Keep up the good work and good luck on your upcoming surgery.

It is a great habit to start! It is hard to start post-op. Take it from me!

I started an aquajogging class at my local Aquatic Center. It's fabulous! Love the water, feels so good, and the exercising routines are similar to the gym, but you are resisting the water (you wear a life belt so you are not sinking). I go twice a week, and then go to the pool a third time and do it on my own.
