| Dizzy - Light Headed?
I've been real good today, consumed over 60g in protein. I'm drinking plenty of water, though I've found I can't stoma the flavored waters right now, so its just good old plain water. Had cream of chicken soup and some SF pudding but I'm just feeling so weak, dizzy and light headed. I guess you'll all tell me that's normal -- but just checking. Is weak a feeling I have to get used to for some time before it gets a bit better?

Jill you are in my prayers. Relax and take it easy. It's the end of the day, we all feel it at the end of the day, let alone three days out of surgery. Take good care.

((((HUGS)))) Sounds like you're having one of the bad days, there'll be both good and bad.
Just make sure you're getting your fluids in, it's too early yet for you to develop sypmtoms from deficiencies, so hang in there, rest well tonight, tomorrow is another day.

Oh honey you are in hell week. You just had surgery, and your body is going through major shock! Sip sip sip water, cream soups, broth, and yes get used to feeling weak for a while. Try and get some rest too.. in between your walking! And you are doing wonderful on the protein intake... also how are your vitamins? Try and get on a liquid vitamin if you can.. better absorption.
