It Will Be The First Time Im Trying It But I Think I Will Be Fine Since I Have Had Tuna And I Have Had Chicken In The Past. My Question Is: How Should I Have Them To Prepare It Without Cooking It In Butter. Because We Cant Have As Much Butter As They Would Use To Cook It In. Also What Suggestions Do You Have On What Type Of Fish I Should Have Besides Flounder. I Like Flounder But Just Curious What You Guys Say As Well. Thanks |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | when i bake i i put garlic and some mrs dash (they have all different flavors) mostly garlic though. thats my favorite spice right now. then i spray the pan with pam and throw it in and thats it. i dont know anyother way to cook fish to be honest. i JUST started eating it because i got bored with chicken lol! |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Hey boots, I went to Red Lobster early out with my surgery.Maybe 8weeks or so. I got some kind of fish in a bag and mashed potatoes. I ate just a tiny tiny bit but I did good with it. I gave my daugghter my salad and veggies but I ate some of the fish. Dont know why kind of fish it was but it has some veggies cooked with it and I couldnt have them at the time but it gave it a nice flavor when it was all cooked in the bag like that. I do remember getting like 5 or 6 meals out of it. Good luck. |
