well, i think its a separate stage from liquids. but you can puree chicken, tuna fish with light mayo, chicken salad, egg salad, fish...anything that you can cook soft you can puree keeping the high protein idea in mind. you can also have fruit this way too (ex: banana) i think its too soon for you though i cant remember what stage was when. do you have any paperwork from your dr's office?

I'm not sure if I can have it or not, I go back to the surgeon Tuesday to see if I can progress to soft proteins. I'll just wait and ask then. I get to eat a scrambled egg that morning before my appt. I am looking so forward to that. It will be the best egg I have ever had!!! lol!!!

you never know. a lot of us didnt do too well with egg the first go round. be careful lol. maybe scramble some milk into it...just a suggestion

yes ma'am! the thing is, what we think is soft, our pouch doesnt think is soft lol! and everyone is different. i am not trying to scare you or anything like that. i just know of a few of us who had prblems with egg. i can eat them ok just now at 4 months. didnt go so well the first few tries.
