Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knows if I can drink rice milk after having wls? I haven't had the surgery yet but I am hoping that within a year I can. Thank you. Have a wonderful day and can I just say that all of your before and after photos are amazing. I'm 26, I weigh 298 and am 5'4" so I am hoping that I will be able to get WLS soon. Okay well thanks again.

Well i'm not really sure about the rice and milk.. but I will say that after my surgery, stuff that I used to love I no longer desire or can tolerate. It's amazing how this surgery works. Good luck to you. BTW.. my hubby had surgery 4 years ago and before surgery HE LOVED milk.. now he had lost all taste for it. Just my 2 cents.

Hi blankmama. Welcome to the boards honey. Im Vickie. Now the last thing you need to be is worried or nervous about writing on the boards. We are from all over and even differrent countrys. We all have different lives, beliefs, ways, jobs, but we are all tied to together by one thing at one point. The word OBESITY. I cant stand the word actualy but in medical terms each and everyoone of us on here either are or have been. Its the ties that bind us. So dont be scared to post a question or answer a thread. Alrighty ! Almost forgot. Im not sure about rice milk. Maybe Doc can help you with that question |
