there is, but its the most convenient right now. i mean i can only eat so many hamburgers....i had one today and THOUGHT it was going to come back up to say hello. so i guess beef no longer works. pork never worked. tuna and chicken salad dont work...i guess chicken is it for now. that and some fish here or there. egg, but for the most part my diet is very limitted which is frustrating AND boring! lol. but this too shall pass...

Since Your Allowed To Have Wraps Why Dont You Make An Egg Then When Its Dont Put A Drop Of Salsa Or The Juices From The Salsa On It, Hot Sauce It You Like It, And A Drop Of Sour Cream And Put It In A Wrap. Yummy I Used To Eat That All The Time Pre Op

Also If You Would Like Your Wraps To Have Some Taste You Can Put A Tiny Drop Of Bbq Sauce On It And Spread It All Over The Wrap All The Way To The Edges. But Just A Drop To Wet It. Then Put It In The Oven For Like 45 Seconds And Take It Out. The Bbq Sauce Will Cook Into The Wrap And Then Put The Food On It. Its Realllllllllllll Good Give The Wrap Just A Tinge Of Taste
