Default Yoghurt Ok at Liquids stage?

Im at the fluids only stage being 5 days post op. I have had low calorie soup, small amounts of cranberry and orange juice. I also take low fat yoghurts. Is this ok and do any of you have any variations? I have had no adverse effects so far apart from a sore achilles heel!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I used the fruit ones, but strained them through a mesh strainer.

I ate yogurt at 5 days post op. I love the Yoplait Lite vanilla, and I even mixed in protein powder with it! It was like a heavenly "no no", only it wasn't! I have yet to try any with fruit.

So many doctors vary on how soon you can eat what. I was on full liquids when I went home from the hospital. Check with your physician!

I have had yogurt since almost day one. I wouldn't survive if I couldn't have yogurt. I love the Dannon Ligt and I eat all flavors. It is about the only thing I like these days and eat at least 2 a day.

Ive been having yoghurts (low fat of course) from the day I came home without any effect at all. I have also had a small glass of semi skimmed milk each day.

What I am suffering from though is boredom! I am fed up with soup!!! I HATE it and once I get to the "normal" stage I don't think I will EVER eat it again! Yuck!

(Any alternatives?)
