I take two of the Citracal Mini's. They are not as bog as the regular ones. I also have the caramel oines and I hate the aftertaste of them.

I am taking the horse pills! They are Calcium and Vitamin D. I dont remember the name of them, probably CVS Brand since I usually get those when they have the BOGO Free sale.

Hi guys...I've had the surgery about 4 1/2 weeks ago, I'm at the pureed stage (yuk) does anyone have a favorite they use for protein? I was given liquid protein packets they r grape flavored that I mix with 5 ozs. of water, I can't stomach this stuff! it's gross! anyone out their have any recommendations?
