Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  I started back to work part-time Yesterday was my first "real" time back at work. I had soooo much anxiety that I had to take a vailum. Everything seemeed okay. Today when I went in my boss asked me why some things weren't done before I left for my surgery. He was right they should have been done or I should have delegated someone to do it. I just busted out in tears...I felt soooo bad. Ususally I would have reacted to him with a "you're right I'll try harder the next time" After reading many of these threads I realize there is a lot of emotions going on. Please just say a prayer for me that I relax and don't get into crying spells any more at work. Does anyone have a suggestion of how they handled all the emotional change? Thanks for letting me vent!
