Question why is everything magnified?

I guess I was just thinking while i was sitting here with the WORST bout of cramps i have ever had in life (even worse than contractions i might add ) wondering about all the different ways my body has responded to this post op. I'm just curious why everything is so INTENSE. why is everything 100 times more magnified than it was before?? I NEVER had cramps with TOM. EVER. now, they knock me off my feet...and tylenol is a joke by the way LOL! water weight: 10 lbs easy every month. it subsided a little bit i think i only put on 3 this month but pre-op never. never had water weight gain.

if i eat certain things, i literally pass out LOL. and i know that i was a little woosey pre-op when i would eat but never fell asleep off a cracker. I know thats relative to the dumping and stuff but i mean really. can we say that this is all hormone related??

i tire out easily too. by about 2 pm im done. no matter what i eat, how often, what i do, im just plain old tired by the afternoon. i could go on and on with the lists of things that have changed, but alas, I'm getting tired LOL!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

You are an excellent observer.

Partly hormones that are running rampant, but also, the extra fatty tissue was insulation for more than one thing.
You've lost a lot of fat that cushioned your inner organs (not that being cushioned with fat was good for your inner organs, actually, it can be pretty damaging) so, you probably are feeling the movements of your guts in a way you never have before.

In a couple of years, things will settle down to a point that you don't stress out--and don't say a couple of years is too long, when it comes, and you look back, you'll realize it all passed in a flash.

kenya, i have the same water weight problem 8-10 lbs easy. Doc? anybody? Answer???? I have a friend who is an x-weight watcher, with his own healthy lifestyles class now and he says it is because the old fat cells although smaller because of our weight loss they are still there and they fill with water.....i don't know but i can go 10 lbs retention very easily. Water retention pre TOM is a way of the female body preparing for pregnancy actually. The body tries to hoard everything in preparation for nuturing the fetus/baby.
That's why you lose the water weight with the onset of TOM, the body is releasing everything it hoarded, because there's going to be no baby, at least until the next cycle.
