I stick with mustard/spicy if possible. if I do chicken I just do it plain..but I tend to cook my own boneless skinless in the oven with lots of melted butter/parsley/garlic/rosemary and it doesn't need a thing!

I hardly do beef anymore for some reason..i don't know what that is about.

a word on ragu type things one of the ingredients is corn syrup on a lot of the spag sauces..that can make ya dump.

because dipping and dunking isnt usually measured. and before you know it, you could have consumed a whole lot more than you planned. i just dont mess with it. there are somethings that i eat and take the risk. i just dont think ketchup/bbq is worth it. i dont even like it really lol.

I just started using ketchup. I just use enough to dip with. I don't go overboard. Before surgery I was a ketchup / bbq sauce aholic. I grew up eating ketchup sandwiches, um love it. I love to dip. I haven't tried the bbq sauce yet. Been scared to. I love Sonny's sweet bbq sauce but theres that key word "sweet". I can't wait to try salsa. Does anyone ever eat tortilla chips? Would love to have some nachos smothered in cheese, salsa, guac and sour cream. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have used bbq sauces on ribs only post op.
HAVENT done all that many burgers post op
they dont tend to sit well.

i have my ground beef in pasta sacue or taco
meat style. I roll it up in a homemade cheese crisp on taco night no shells and a splash of non fat sourcream

CHEESE CRISP FOR TACO:

(take reynolds release: put handful fav lowfat cheddar bake
on cookie sheet till golden brown and bubbley..)

Just Got Back From The Store. I Read Every Label On Dressings, Regular, Lite, Low Fat, Low Carb. And What A Disappointment!!!! Ketchup Had Better Statistics Than Most Of These!!! They Either Were High Calories Or High In Fat Or High In Sugar And Carb No Matter What Kind I Picked Up. Its All A Gimmick!!! The No Carb Were Sooooo High In Calories, The Lite Was Probably The Best Bet It Had The Same Exact Label Info As Ketchup. But My Bbq Sauce Still Wins Above All Of These. Its Still The Lowest. Low Sugar Low Carb No Fat And Low Calories!!!

I Did Buy The Lite Italian Dressing To Be Different From Time To Time Though.

Kenya If You Ever Do Decide You Want To Dunk Ketchup You First Measure A Tablespoon Worth And Then Dunk Away So You Have An Idea Of How Much You Dunked Wheither It Was All Of It Or Half. Thats What I Do. Its Only 4 Sugar And 4 Carb And 15 Calories. Not To Bad
