OK WHEN YOU GUYS EAT A BURGER, CHICKEN, OR WHATEVER WHAT DO YOU GUYS DUNK IT IN. I ALWAYS NEED SOMTHING TO HAVE ON IT LIKE KETCHUP OR BBQ.

OF COURSE I USE ALOT OF SAUCES AND GRAVIES BUT THATS WHEN IM COOKING CERTAIN RECEIPES. THE THINGS IM TALKING ABOUT IS JUST PLAIN CHICKEN OR A BURGER, ETC

TODAY I HAD A 1/2 VEGGIE BURGER AND I HAD IT WITH KETCHUP. BUT ACCORDING TO MY CHART THE KETCHUP ADDED UP TO 6 CARBS. SOMTIMES I DO USE BBQ SAUCE IT HAS A FEW LESS CARBS IN IT.

TODAY AT LUNCH TIME I HAD COLD ROTISSARE CHICKEN WITH BBQ SAUCE. DIDNT HAVE MUCH JUST HALF OUNCE BECAUSE IT WASNT STAYING WELL.

WHAT DO YOU GUYS USE? DO YOU USE KETCHUP, BBQ SAUCE OR OTHER THINGS?

i use a-1 steak sauce, mustard, low fat 1000 island dressing, low fat ranch dressing, ragu spaghetti sauce, mild salsa, or gravy

Hmmmmmm I Though About A1 Sauce, Thats Funny.

And My Daugther Uses Ragu Sauce On Everything She Eats. Lol Lol Lol. Hey Its Healthier Than Ketchup

Mustard On A Burger? Hmmmmm

Yeah I Use The Salsa Thing Also. Thats Real Good And Low In Carbs.

yeah i have done gouldens spicy brown mustard on a cheese burger. YUM. just a hint of garlic. its different. i am all about sauces and what not. i cant eat meat dry unless its rotisserie LOL. otherwise i sauce it up. i hate getting that darn lump in the chest so i try to avoid it at any cost!

Im The Same Way With Sauces. I Hate My Meat Dry. But I Was Like That Pre-op Also. But Your Right Rotissare Chicken Is Not Bad Dry. With Some Salt. Yum

No You Should Be Fine. Just Measure How Much You Use Its Only 4 Grams Per Table Spoon For Ketchup And My Bbq Is Very Low In Sugar Its Only 4 Grams For 2 Tablespoons.

I Dont Think Its High Enough In Sugar And Carbs To Hurt You Just Dont Go Waaaay Overboard
