Default Nausea

I Have nausea every morning, i dont throw up or anything, then it goes away through out the day. I talked to my nut and she said it might be that im not drinking or eating enough. I drink almost 64oz a day and have 6 2oz meal/snacks a day. So i dont think that is it. It started a week after i got home. Has anyone felt this way? If so let me know what you think.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I had a lot of nausea early out and actually had to take an anti-nausea drug. It went away at about the 6 week mark, but I had to be very careful of what I was eating until then (wish I had that problem now). Use sugar free popsicles to get even more hydration in and tylenol will help with the drainage and just remember to keep track of those items that start making you feel that way.

Hope this helps.
