yeah i TOTALLY do not do it all the time because i am VERY sensative to fats. which i find HILARIOUS. but i may have a slice of bacon or two with my eggs in the am, or half a cheeseburger from mcdonalds with no bun, sor cook with butter; omething small just to jump start it again.

I do have a question though, its kind of medical but anyone can answer if they have an idea. i notice that if i do this, this is when i get SUPER down in the dumps, is there any link to the fat loss, the fat coming in and the hormonal craziness? im not sure if i explained that right but let me know if i need to clarify.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Well, a lot of hormones are fat based (chemical constitution) so yes, that could be a factor.

I did the same thing early out. It seemed like the days I thought I was pigging out ended up being the day I would lose more weight.

LOL At Kenya!

I eat high fat//and if I get my ratio UP to equal fat to protein with med level carbs that's when I drop off..especially I'm I'm able to be working out.

of course right now with this restriction it's just holding pattern weight wise. Although my PD gal who picked me up said "WOW! you have lost weight again girl!" when she saw me in the dress...
Personally I think the uniform puts a fat look on ya unless you are truly very small.

i didnt mean it to be funny. im seriously trying to figure this out. i get REALLY DOWN in the dumps and im noticing its around the time i eat fatty stuff on purpose....so im wondering if i should just stop it, even though it does jump start a loss, i would rather just lose it in due time as opposed to going thru what i went thru last week...

well a good question might be "what types of FAT do you mean by fatty?"

my high fat tend to be oil olive with butter to cook things..some deep fried stuff but that is at the hospital where they use all the no trans fat stuff..mm...thinking here..high fat cheeses, eggs when I can full fat sour cream, whole milk

it could be the type of fat too but like Doc says hormones are fat are definitely linked!

see if I go on a road with sugar stuff that's when -I- get down in the dumps BIG TIME! sugar and me = depressive issues.

mm now I'm thinking though...that's when it's fat + sugar..hmm.. interesting.

okay now you got me thinking here Kenya!

You may not like having to think, but it's good, first off, your brain cells are burning off calories, and second, you are taking a good look at what food is and does for our body, and that should help you in choosing how to eat in the long run.
