Can someone please help me real quickly? I am going to the surgeon tomorrow and I thought I would go to the Red Lobster for dinner. I did a search trying to find previous threads about this restaurant, but to no avail. (I know they exist!) What can I eat? What were you all saying about the bag? Cooking the stuff in the bag? LUCKY!!!!!!!!! i go to see my dr next week and we are going to debate this. he has refused it for 3 months stating he wants to see my levels without it...and im feeling it. its hitting me HARD. i literally have NO energy at times...

yeah, that is what my said. meanwhile, I got one shot from my pcp, one from my hubby's vial, and one while in the hospital, and I am still low! Go figure! Might need to look into the spray.
