Thanks to all of you, Kenya, Doc and Boots. It is getting better now as Ive been sitting here typing you ladies. Now when I put my hand on my stomach area I can no longer feel the knot. Its all mushy stomach flab!!!!  totally gone the knot. I do feel gasy though which Im thinking is the brocolli. Im gonna just go lay down and rest but its deftihenly better. Thanks ladies for beign there. Apprecaite it.
