Default Where is the pouch???

Ok ladies and gents this is a really stupid question...where is our pouch actually located. Can you feel it??

Why I ask......well my family got some chinese food tongiht and I had a bit. Some of the beef with brocoli and there were a few carrotts. I ate what amount I was to eat and all was well.

Well now about 2 hours later I have this awful pain in what I think is my stomach maybe. I dont know what it is. Maybe I need to use the bathroom. But it actually hurts right above like my belly button area and I can feel this ball or knot kinda. Very hard to explain. IS that the pouch there? All I can feel is this really hard knot there. Never had this feeling before and Im just over 5 weeks out.

Anyone know anything?? Help if you do.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

well doc said its to the left. i was getting pains right where you said a few weeks ago. i chalked it up to fullness and or gas. it went away eventually. no clue what it actually was. mine was like a discomfort, like a tightness...hard to explain.

yes very hard to explain. Its this wicked tightness and its a hard lump like. I did eat brocolli and I havent really had that before. I have had other veggies and they have been fine. Its a hard thing to explain.

Hmmmmmmmmm, I guess I should be glad that thisis the worst I have had to deal with for the past 5 months. I think of people like Boots and the others who have had so many problems.

But I Thought Food Exits Out Pouch Very Quickly Compared To Our Old Plumbing. Would It Still Be In Your Pouch 2 Hours Later And If It Were How Would Be Able To Have Room To Snack 2 Hours Later? Hmmmmm

If the knot is close to your belly button, then it's the intestines. The junction of your bypass may be around where the knot is. If the knot persists, contact your surgeon, you may have a hernia in that area, which sometimes will cause trouble.

The stomach/pouch is up much higher, the highest part under your lowest rib cage.
Make a fist with your left hand, place it in the middle where the lowes ribs meet in the center, then move that fist to horizontally parallel to the left for one fist width, and where the fist is now, is where your pouch is. (So's the upper portion of an intack stomach.)
