Default I have a question about natural sugars

Doc Im sure your gonna be able to help me with this one. I went today looking for popcicles. I got the sugarfree ones. It did say Splenda was added. I have told yall before me and Splenda didnt get along. Its not sugar withdrawls.......it just plain hurts my joints. Anyways.........

What about natural sugars? You do find them that state no sugar added. I have found this to be true with yogart etc...... I read in a thread someplace ..... that for some reason we dont seem to dump from natural sugars such as with fruit. What is your take on this?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Some people do better with natural sugars rather than sugar alcohols or other artificial sweetners.
Although most of you automatically avoid natural sugar, it is worth trying, as you may be able to tolerate it better.
Also, part of dumping is amount related, so if you keep the stuff low, you may do well enough.
Quite honestly, it's all trial and error.

P.S. Moving this to Stupid Qs where these kinds of Qs belong, as that is where most people will look for As to their own Qs.

i just wanted to pop in and add my two cents here ( sorry im late LOL) in the beginning i couldnt tolerate sugar AT ALL. I dumpes SOMETHING AWFUL, when i ate one of my duaghters jellos my mistake instead of my sugar free one.

fastforward to now, splenda in LARGE qty gives me headaches and i have had regular sugar in VERY VERY small amounts and have not dumped. its all going to depend on the individual i guess....it's totally worht trying further out.

i think if you can find REAL FRUIT popsicles, like welche's or something with no added sugar you might be able to tolerate the little single pop ones. i can eat the ones that say "frozen fruit" i dont know if thats the brand or just whats decorating the package, but i do fine with those....just a thought.

I actually use fructose when I want sugar. It does not make me dump and you only have to use a very little as it is REALLY sweet. I do better with it than I do the sugar alcohols. Estee makes it or you can get it at a health food store. Hope this helps.
