Walking .... I promise this is the last post
Sorry yall but when i seem to post more than one subject one usually gets overlooked. Im guilty of that myself so im sorry for splitting them up like this.
I also learned today that fast walking wether on a treadmill or outdoors is not really that great? This fitness expert stated most do it wrong. Its slow walking the same distance that gives you a better work out and makes you shed more weight. What do yall think?
