I have no clue what may be wrong - are you eating enough? I hope it goes well and that you are feeling better soon?

Since you've been having other trouble and have been checked out thoroughly, I take it you don't have deficiency problems. So, the most likely thing is the following.
Sounds like orthostatic hypotention. Your body lags in adjusting your blood pressure so that enough blood goes into your brain whatever your postition is, with postural change.
It happens sometimes with fast weight loss, as well as for other reasons, and is not really threatening unless it gets bad enough that you get fainting spells.
Just make sure that you move slowly when changing positions--rise slowly from sitting to standing, turn your head around slowly instead of whipping it around, etc. That should ease the symptoms a bit.

I love doc so much now I have the medical term for it
--orthostatic hypotention--
woohoo!
check your BP hon I bet it's regularly pretty low then when you get up suddenly or even just quickly then it drops even lower and then the dizzy spells, or black spots like you might black out.
yeppers I get that all the time.
my bp regularly runs 112/65 - 110/62

I had it so bad that I almost passed out and would have to flop back down. When I went to the dr my blood pressure was very low so he took me off my blood pressure meds. Haven't had it since.
