well let me say this. i have some sensativities and some of the things i dump off of you may never dump off of. for instance, someone mentioned slatines? i cannot eat them at all. no matter how many and no matter with how much protein. they put me to sleep which is another symptom of dumping.
regualr sugar, i am fine with in sall quantities. never experienced dumping symptoms off regular sugar at all with the exception of my first week home. i took a regular jello instead of sugar free by mistake WHOA. lol!
i am not a regular grape eater so i assume my body has some adjusting to do to be able to handle them in the future. i was this way with banana at first too but now i am fine with them. i usually "cut" all fruits with protein, either vanilla yogurt or a cheese stick. this morning i just wasnt paying attention. which always tends to get me in trouble. especially where food is concerned...
