Talking HOw do you eat your peanut butter?

I have been craving beanut butter. I have never really been a fan. but latly i just want it. so i went to the store and bout some and some saltine crackers.
last night. I ate it last night on 5 saltine crackers very thinly on them. It went down fine with out any problem. Here are my silly questions though.


Would this be considerd a meal? I considerd it to be my dinner Now im thinking should it have been a snack but i really try to stay away from snacking because grazying and snacking were my biggest problem before surgery.

what do you put your PB on when eating it? I bought saltines but was not shore because of the carbs in them and i try to stayaway from carbs.


Just wondering how you eat your Peanut Butter ?(that sounds so funny but this is a serious question)

i eat my peanut butter with banana's. That is how i like it. I dip the banana in the peanut butter and wha la.... yummy.

instead of saltines try low fat triscuits, they have protein in them and its a better carb for you. if you really really want saltines buy the whole grain ones instead, it tastes about the same and they are better for you.

i havent really tried pb yet but i do have crackers with my cheese.

I put pb on saltines and also 1/4 peice of whole wheat toast. I use only a tsp. thats what my dr told me to do.

Wait a minute what the hell is going on here? You mean we're allowed to eat Peanut butter? No one told me this! I can not believe it! No wonder i'm loosing so fast you lot are all still eating good stuff and i'm slowly starving to death! Thats probably why i've still got no energy! I'm wasting away!
