Default Coffee Creamer

Ok I have a wierd question........I have been ok'd by my surgons office to have my morning coffee. Which Ive been doing fine with for months now. I always put a dolop of Fat Free Hazelnut Creamer in there. Works fine and all is well.

Well then yesterday I am at the store and go to pick up more and now I see that they also have a new kind that is surgar free. this is new. So my
question is.......am I better off using the fat free that I have been using or buy the new surgar free????

Any advice??

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Becka tht is what Im confussed about. The surgar alchols. So does that mean if I get the surgar free then they subsitue it with surgar alchols? Then does that mean if I use the fat free then there is regular surgar in it? Im so confused.

yes and yes lol. but not necessarily on the alcohols i think. read the label. it will say if there are alcohols or splenda or something like that. theres a difference between artificial sweeteners like spenda and sugar alcohols.

fat free means just that. if its a dairy product it probably does have "natural" sugars but if its a fat free dairy product it shouldnt, or im not sure.... milk has lactose which is a sugar.

its complicated lol. but just look at the label and it will be easier to see which one is better for you.
