Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Thanks, I have never in my life had such a bad sinus cold before, it figures, i never really used to get headaches either but since surgery and the fact that you arent supposed to take pills of course i have been getting them, probably just because of my body adjusting to no caffeine and less food. I have some liquid gels I hope nothing get stuck..

Unfortunately, I am on a couple of time released meds, so they can't be cut in half or crushed, sao I was taking small pills about 10 days out. No problem at all, Now I can take the Centrum Chewable vitamins without chewing them and they are pretty big.
