Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I agree it seems like a juggling act sometimes to get in everything we need. I also may have been imposing the problem I had onto yours. I had a real problem with constipation and wanted to be more regular. That's why I put in the caution about laxatives. Also, part of my constipation problem may have been a side effect of the calcium or iron supplements. That's why I suggested the fiber with calcium. Over time (several weeks), taking the Fiber Choice with calcium has helped me become more smooth and regular. It sounds like you may only have the irregular part of the problem and not the constipation, too. The Fiber Choice chewables are sugar free and taste OK. They're easy to carry around and you don't have to mix them in a liquid. Good luck and I hope this helps.

They come in fruit flavor, but what fruit it's actually supposed to be, I'm unsure

Edie, I take Colace and it helps me a lot! I am still trying to find the Iron pills that have the colace in them. My surgeons office recommended them, but I havent seen them yet!

Boots I take 3 stool softners daily, pill form, and that seems to keep me going pretty much every other day or sometimes once a day. When I seem to get backed up I also take what Kenya suggested, the Mirlax and it works quite well Like she said there is no taste and no nothing. Im sure you could put it in your crystal light. It says you can add it to anything hot or cold. I was truly amazed that it didnt have any taste or texture.

My surgeon started me on fiber pills -- the Fiber Choice chewables -- at 6 weeks. They keep me very regular.
