Some people do develop sugar alcohol intolerance, and since the artificial sweetners are chemicals, they can do wierd things to you. There was someone on board who did terribly with Splenda. If you don't have lactose intorerance, try milk, that might be best.

I just compared the two lables for fat free and surgar free. If Im looking in the correct spot where would the surgar alchols be listed?? Under surgars right? I checked and if Im looking correctly there are none in the surgar free one and then I think 4 gramas in the fat free one. But now after all this I think I have determined that my headaches is either Im allergic to work, (maybe stress??? , cause that is where I keep getting them) or its just a cold or allergies coming on.

WIERD. sugar alcohols in the ff not in the sugar free?? thats crazy. LOL. i dunno. maybe allergies. i havent had the sneezes or itchy eyes in YEARS. wouldnt you know the past week i have especially itchy and sneezy. i give up. there is no rhyme or reason to anything that has popped up with me post op. i blame it all on the surgery too  lol! there may not be any fact to that but thats my story and im stickin to it LOL!
