Ok I dont know if this has anything to do with it or not but the past 3 days I have had a killer headache. I cant explain it. I have not had any headaches at all since surgery really and that was just about 6 months ago.

Well I recentely switched my coffee creamer to the surgar free one instead of the fat free one that I had been using.

So I dont know maybe its allergery related or sinus issues or whatever
but I cant seem to find a culprit. so then this am I used the fat free
instead of the surgar free.

I know I am grasping at thin air but just curious if anyone has any opinions on this. And now that Im thiking of it, I need to check the lables. Im thiking that the fat free one would be the ones with the surgar alchols and not the surgar free. Im so confused. Sorry for the long winded message.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

i think the sugar free has the alcohols. sugar alcohols are artificial sweeteners. i dont think it has anything to do with fat. and if you are using sugar free with sugar alcohols it COULD BE thats why you have a headache (if i am understanding you sorrectly)....just a thought.

I do this when I go without caffeine....and I hate that my doctor won't let me take advil for it. I'm stuck with Tylenol, which doesn't EVEN phase me!!!!

Have you changed anything else? It could be allergies....you guys are unseasonably hot for this time of year, yes?

Yeah I thought it was the caffine but the coffee is regular. And your sooooooo
right about the Tylenol. Ive been taking it but it doesnt seem to touch it. I miss
my Advil too.

And your right about the weather here. Today they are calling for 85 degrees out. And this whole weekend is suppose to be nice too. Indian Summer. Normally we are like high 60's or low 70's.

So far so good this am. No headache. I have had my coffee and knock on wood no headache yet.

I use the SF coffee creamer and do just fine -- I don't seem to have problems with the Sugar Alcohols (see my post on Boots thread about cookies) -- maybe you're having a sinus problem -- or maybe you need a bit more caffine? I remember the headaches I had when I first got home from the hospital -- they were killer and I wouldn't wish those on my worst enemy -- but mine were all from caffine withdrawal. I hope you feel better soon!
