I have not touched them really since surgery. I am 6 months out. but bread never wasnt really my thing.

I Havent Really Craved Breads Believe It Or Not Because I Used To Love Breads. I Did Try A Wrap One Day And That Didnt Work Out To Well. The Only Thing I Tried Was Crackers. Lf Triscuits And Multi Grain Saltines. I Only Allow My Self To Have 2

i cant tolerate any type of bread one bite and i feel horible any kind of bread wraps the only type of bread item i can take a bite of is a hard taco shell

Im Good With Cracker And Pizza Crust. I Cant Eat The Actual Pizza Because The Bread Makes Me Sooooooooooooooooooooooo Sick!!! I Have Tried Wraps And Threw Up But It Could Be Because There Were Scrambled Eggs In It And I Dont Do Well With Eggs. So When I Get The Nerve I Will Try A Wrap Again. I Wont Try White Rice But I Did Try Brown Rice Just One Table Spoon And It Went Down Well. Brown Is Healthier And Not As Sticky As White Rice.

I do miss a sandwich with a good, homemade whole wheat bread. Iespecially the Chiken Salad sandwiches from Panera Bread!) I can eat a gite or two of bread, but it is so filling, that i usually don't bother. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT i AM EVEN SAYING THAT!! How I used to love all homemade rolls and breads at restuarants. Mmmmmmm, I loved the cheese bisquits at Red Lobster!! Ok, so if I happen to be there I might just waste some space on one of those! LOL
