| Help Hi. I am almost 8 months out and I have lost about 80 pounds. My surgeon say's that I should be losing more. I really have NO food intolerances except sweets and I think I may be able to eat to much. For example I can eat a whole bean burrito at Taco Johns or a whole cheeseburger at Mcdonalds. I am scared that all this was for nothing. He say's my optimum weight loss would be within the first 9 months...
What does that mean for me now?? I am constantly hungry and wanting to eat something.

i don't really have any advice, but i hope you find the answers you need. Your surgeon wasn't able explain why he thougt this may be happening, or what you could do? for him/ner to say you should be losing more and then not give you some sort of direction ... that doesn't sound very helpful or his/her part

Are You Following The Rules Of The Pouch? Dont Drink With Meals And Stay Away From Carbs Because They Only Make You More Hungry. Also Do You Excercise?

I am sorry that you are going through this...have you talked to your Nut? As Edie stated, are you following your pouch rules? I find that drinking things like milk fill me up until it is time to eat if and when I do get hungry. Good luck to you.

ok...jumping the shark here....but if you can, avoid the fast food stuff...it's full of carbs and TONS of calories. If your pouch can hold more, fill it with GOOD stuff!!

| Craving
What does everybody do when they are craving carbs?? I have not been real good at just saying no. I have not found anything that satisfies that craving. I do dump some, but I still do it (as crazy as it sounds)
