Anybody got a remedy for the loose skin where the triple chin used to be? It isn't so noticable to anyone but me, but it is bugging the heck out of me. I am starting to see some wrinkles and getting a little waddle.  I saw that L'oreal has a new serum out that is supposed to tighten up facial skin, anybody try it or have other suggestions?

I have been using it about 3-4 weeks and my husband says he thinks it looks better. It is a little pricey, but Avon also has one and so does Oil of Olay. I like what I got. Our football team mascot is a turkey Gobbler. We are the Cuero Gobblers also know for the GReat Gobbler race every year of "Ruby Begonia" against Minnesota's "Paycheck" , so if it gets worse I may try to get the job of mascot. Mattie

I know a few years ago when I lost 100 lbs I was told to do a excersise daily several times a day to help pull that skin up and keep the wrinkles down. It worked for me then and im doing it now. Dont laugh ok........... Say your vowels. A E I O U but pronouce them with your mouth long and really use yoru facial muscles. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII OOOOOOOOOOOOO UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU. You dont even have to say them outloud. I used to do this on the way to work and on the way home every day when acutally driving not sitting at a stop light. Try it and see if it works for you. |
