Question WHAT foods/spices etc can cause harm to staples/sutures?

I am allowed diluted apple juice--- if i get PULP free orange juice and dilute, do you think it will be a problem?

i don't want to do anything that might erode my sutures/staples due to the acidity.

*funny- im NOT craving sugars (candy, cake, ice cream etc), but i am craving fruit, veggies, and ANY kind of MEAT!!

Is crushed bananna a No-No?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I'm personally not real big on fruit of any kind except a few grapes or maybe not often berries .... I'm a dumper when it comes to fruits. In fact I was told the apple juice early on and kept having diarrhea until one day it was like *click!* and suddenly I looked at the apple juice and stopped drinking it..

wa la! no more diarrhea..

Fruits are high in sugars and carbs..

water water water, tea, crystal light = better choice in personal book

I personally was afraid to try orange juice that early out, it is very acidic, also I was told clear liquids, if you could see through it, it was okay. I snuck some V8 juice and the nurse got on to me big time!

They give me 100 percent orange juice in the hosptial ! I have some each AM. I dont dilute it any. Just try to stay with 100% juice and you should be fine or I was.
