that sucks. i ususally try to stay away from them. i can only have whole wheat stuff otherwise i am comatose within the 1/2 hour lol! i guess thats my body's way of keeping me in check. i used to be a carb FREAK pre-op LOL! oh well.... thanks |

thats what i am thinking. i decided to not just eat meat anymore. i want some variety so i am experimenting with veggies. i will try broccoli tonight.

Steamed broccoli is the best. I just had some raw broccoli for a snack. The funny thing is pre-op, the thought of raw broccoli would make me sick.

i smelt it cooking the other day. someone in the building was cooking it and i just wanted it so i bought it. that and cabbage. i have been dying for some cabbage. we'll see how it goes. my body will probably go into shock being that it hasnt seen a vegeatibe in almost a year LOL!
