Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Cooked fresh corn
Yes, corn belongs as a food group in the carb group, since corn belongs in the grain group.

Kenya,

I LOVE GREEN BEANS...and I eat a lot of them...and peas...and broccoli (but the mini trees tend to give me the winds!!)...I always feel like green veggies are good for us!

Steamed broccoli is the best. I just had some raw broccoli for a snack. The funny thing is pre-op, the thought of raw broccoli would make me sick.
