I have runny nose, dry cough, my inner ear sores  Most of the coughin supressants are rich in sugar, even the sugar free stripcles don't come in menthol (the only one that soothes the throat) it comes only in lemon flavor. throat feels the same

| Super Moderator  |  Best to ask your dr for some prescription medication, but for some quick home remedies, what about trying something like Vicks Vaporubs, or menthol rubs on your chest, and a dab just under your nose. Eucaliptus oil also relieves coughing and stuffy nose. You use it as in aroma therapy. One or two drops in hot water, and breath in the vapor. (((((HUGS)))))) hope you'll be feeling better soon.

I feel completely drained and bummed I cannot workout at home becoz my treadmill is broken, and hate to get out to the GYM physically I'm tired and don't feel like to drive. But I'm going now anyway, I hope I will feel better after the yoga class. Chaw

You know the 3 girls in the house are sick me, Jude and lil dana she was coughing all last night and the 2 nights before she was feverish too. My heart was out for her she cannot speak she's ~6 months old. I feel petty for her when she's in pain she cannot do anything but crys :~( hmmmm visiting NYC that could be feasible but the timing I'm not sure heheheh. BTW who is Jehovah Rapha??!! I have one God (Allah almighty)

Isabella got sick 2 nights ago with high fevers...and then the cough started up...finally this morning when she woke up her cough sounded so bad I took her to the doctor. And now...thru the day I've started up with a cold too!! I can't believe now I am sick with Isabella....YOU and your girls! We all have colds....  I can not believe I am sick....I have to keep packing...I only have 3 days left to get my house packed.... OH, btw...."Jahovah Rapha" is Hebrew it means "God our Healer"....thru out my Christian faith...I have studied a lot of the characteristics of God Almighty...and one is a 'healer'....in Hebrew they say "Jahovah Rapha"....Whenever I am praying for healing....I just call him this in the Hebrew language.... Sorry for the confusion...I did it out of my love and habit of calling on God for healing. Anyway... I think "Allah" is another language too, right?? Well...enough for now my "sista friend!"

Deb honesy I understand why you and Bella Kate got the flu, it's rainy and cold. But here in Kuwait the heat is unbareble!!! I think what I have is an alergey coz it's hot and dusty too! J's I don't think anybody would like to have a flu/alergy it's so much draining! Janae Sweetie I hope your stomach has no booboo anymore, you too get well Deborah thanks very much for last night chat I loved it. Thanks for educating me about the Hebrow section of the bible and the nice prayers. I'm desinately sure that both Christanity and Islam came from the same God same source.
