Default Am I getting off track??

I find myself snacking here and there in between meals. I don't eat much at my meals but I'm worried that I'm falling back into old habits. I have also discovered that I don't dump too much if I eat the wrong thing. Will I keep losing? Does everyone snack a little here and there or eat something every now and then that they aren't suppose to eat? I feel so guilty and I'm scared.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I don't think anyone can say they haven't eaten something they shouldn't have. But you do need to recognize if it is a habit and then try to correct, by making healthier choices or just good ole will power. it is a struggle every day for me to make the right choices, i just try to keep myself focused on why i had to do this in the first place and remember how easy it would be do get myself into that same place.
good luck, don't beat yourself up, just keep going forward.

Yes, I'm sure it's pretty safe to say that we all have bouts with this here and there. I try to keep string cheese or sf popsicles just for those times I wanna "munch". But sure, I've felt guilty too from eating the "wrong" things. Just last night, I wanted a snack, so I popped a bag of ff butter popcorn. Sure, it was a "decent" snack, but after I ate some I felt guilty cuz I knew damn well I wasn't hungry and I was "grazing" and I just don't want to go there again. But it happens. Just try to make good choices when you want to snack.

I have ate things I knew I shouldn't, fortunatly I didn't feel so great afterwards. I have days or times of the day I want to snack, but as the others said, I keep good choices around to snack on during those times. string cheese, nuts, sunflower seeds, apples, soy chips, jerky.

I get that way at times, especially when I am at work. I always bring 2 oz of 2% cheese and some lightly salted nuts/cashews to munch on. Works wonders! Oh yeah, and ff milk...that tends to feed my urge!

Been there done that. It happens. Like the other ladies said we just need to try and recognize what we are doing and try to do better. I always carry stuff with me. peanuts, 2% cheese sticks, beef jerkey, yougurt or something like that. That way when I do feel the need to munch I have snacks that are good in protein.
I do admit I have a problem with Doritos. But what I have learned to do is when I really need my Doriotos I have the 100 calorie packs and let myself have 1 of those bags.

I Just Did A Thread The Other Day Because I Pigged Out So Bad It Was Offf The Charts!!! But Guess What The Next Morning I Lost 1/2 And Today An Other 1/2 And Im Back On Track Again. So Dont Worry It Happens But It Wont Last.

Try To Keep Healthy Things Around And If You Need A Crunch For A Much Try Shop Online And Find Some Things U Like, Like I Did. I Just Got A Huge Order That Was Delivered To Me Today Of Soy Protein Chips, Protein Hot Cocoa, Protein Mocha Drinks And Protein Cinamin Apple Cereal Which Is Also Not Only Good For Breakfast But Good For A Snack. They Are All Low In Fat And Cal And High In Protein.

Also I Find A 1/2 Banana Fills Me Up And Gets Rid Of The Sweet Tooth

Dont Worry Your Doing Fine

It is totally normal to fall off track once in a while.....as said above keep healthy choices around. No need to have to much junk around as your family will also thank you later as well......
Very important not to beat yourself up when you test waters.....This is a lifestyle change and we have to work on our minds just as much as our bodies...in the past i know for me,before wls, when i started to mess up on a diet it was a down hill slope from there......nowdays if i get an urge to taste something, i taste it , enjoy my taste and move on....dont get mad at myself or keep going down..... its ok...
