Default So Out Of Proportion!!!

I think this may REALLY be a stupid question! Does anyone else worry that they're going to get to an acceptable weight and STILL have an enormous amount of fat on the belly (or where ever) so out of proportion to the rest of your body that you're gonna look ridiculous?

At this point I look GREAT for my weight (190) from the front!!! I have a waist and everything. Same from the back, no fat folds or anything showing...

...BUT turn me sideways and I look like every sculpture of Buddha you've ever seen (ahhhhhhh, except the starving one). I am not kidding either. I have this hard lump of fat (the 1st "tire") around my ribs and it's REALLY prominent. THEN I have a droopy big tire of fat, that doesn't stick out quite so much, down lower.

THIS LOOKS PRETTY DAMNED WEIRD AND IS WHY I'M STILL WEARING BAGGY SHIRTS!!!

Then, I got these skinny hips, narrow butt, and tiny thin legs. I am extremely busty also--but my arms and whatnot aren't large. Every oz I lose I get more out of proportion. I have only about 60lbs to lose. To me 60 is not so much as to totally change the shape of my body. Will I need to go lower?

What's happening to me and why???

Help!
Mya

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I assume this is where kick butt exercising comes in - I will need to do this also for my abdomen. I get the best workout on my legs, hips and butt by walking/jogging. I do some weights etc for upper body but I really havent started serious ab work yet.

Yes, just last nite I was complaining to my husband about my upper arms, I have decided that I will definitely be having an upper arm tuck after weight loss, I get upset cause now that my tummy is going down, my arms are still huge and so I still wear bigger shirts than I need to cover the arms good. My friend and I did aerobics together the other day and anything that required my arms above my head and moving them made me laugh because the extra arm would slap me in my head!!!

"My friend and I did aerobics together the other day and anything that required my arms above my head and moving them made me laugh because the extra arm would slap me in my head!!!"

Oh no! Yes, when I do anything akin to running it sounds like SEVERAL people are applauding from my gut bouncing up and down and slapping on my upper thighs! LOL Sometimes ya just gotta laugh.

At some points I've been worried about whether I had a TUMOR and didn't know it, or was PREGNANT and didn't know (I've had a tubal, and haven't had my TOM for several months anyway). My gut has ALWAYS gone away before!!! WTF? Scary, scary.

XOXO

I'm planning on a tummy tuck..and it's funny you mentioned the arms Traci...I KNOW if I got up enough speed right now, I could probably take flight!!!

My plans for goal are a tummy tuck, lipo, brachioplasty and POSSIBLY a breast lift. I simply don't want to have to tuck my skin into my pants every morning.

Mya, I feel the blubber I mean pain too!! My arms wave back at me too. Exercise is a must for us and I know I will need some nip and tuck--now getting the money for it is another story.

OH MYA, the tummy noises on the legs reminded me of a funny story. My son had a friend over and we were dancing on his Dance Dance Revolution game on the playstation, the steps required jumping for this one song and when I jumped my stomach made a slapping noise on my thighs, my sons friend thought I had passed gas and they were making fun of me and laughing, but I was too embarrassed to tell them what it really was so I just let them think it was gas!!
