confused and annoyed. HELP!
i started to out my food in fitday.com again eventhough it frustrates me. i wanted to see exactly what i have been eating. mind you i have not been eating bad stuff. but i dont understand the graphs and what not. i wonder if this will work.
i tried to paste the screen in here and it wont work so i will try to explain why i am confused. maybe someone can help me.
if all i eat all day is:
cheese
4 ozs of chicken
2 ozs of tuna with mayo
and a shake
that = 593 calories, 29 g fat, 83 g protein
HOW???? im lost. im at 55% protein and 43% fat so im NOT doing good?? i dont get it. the only thing with fat in it is the cheese LOL!!!! again, im lost. how do you do this? am i a tard????
