Question confused and annoyed. HELP!

i started to out my food in fitday.com again eventhough it frustrates me. i wanted to see exactly what i have been eating. mind you i have not been eating bad stuff. but i dont understand the graphs and what not. i wonder if this will work.

i tried to paste the screen in here and it wont work so i will try to explain why i am confused. maybe someone can help me.

if all i eat all day is:
cheese
4 ozs of chicken
2 ozs of tuna with mayo
and a shake

that = 593 calories, 29 g fat, 83 g protein

HOW???? im lost. im at 55% protein and 43% fat so im NOT doing good?? i dont get it. the only thing with fat in it is the cheese LOL!!!! again, im lost. how do you do this? am i a tard????

You Are Def Doing Somthing Wrong On Their. Make Sure You Are Picking The Right Foods From The List And Also Are You Putting How Many Ounces Ate. Like 1.0 For An Ounce Or .5 For Half An Ounce. Or Cups, Etc. In Order To Use This U Must Be Using Cups And Mostly Measuring Your Food On The Scale The Scale Will Give A Real Amount Of What Your Eating Compared To The Cups. I Used The Cups For Liquids Mostly.

Ummm The Calories Do Sound About Right Now That I Think About It. Now The Fats Could Be Right. Do U Use Reg Mayo? Chicken Dz Have Some Fat In It So Dz Cheese. And What Do U Mix Ur Shake With Reg Milk? That Has Fat In It Also. Maybe You Are Shocked Because U Never Realized What You Eat Because U Have Been Guessing. But I Dont See What Is Wrong With What You Ate Hun

it does it in ounces and cups and what not. i dont think a scale matters but i could be wrong... it also does it by pieces of things ex: 5 shrimp....i dunno.

log in as me. i'll change the password later. kcrobinson03 is my sign on and kaylaj is the password. you can see what i ate for the past 2 days and what i plan to eat tomorrow. its saying 1/2 of what i eat is fat....i dont get it.

I Look At Your Chart You Are Logging It In Right. But Your Protein Intake For The Day Should Be A Higher Percent Than Your Fats. Whats Killing You Is Maybe You Should Switch To Light Mayo And Just Use One Tablespoon And Eat Half A Serving Of The Crackers Instead Of The Whole Serving. Like Tomorrows Plan I Looked At Look Excellent Accoring To The Percents. Now Dont Get Me Wrong I Dont Mean For You To Cut Down On Foods No Way. Just Balance Them Differently.

ok cool thanks for looking and for letting me look. i never really used it before because they told me dont worry about this stuff. but i dont get how we are supposed to manage this later if no one shows us how to eat??? ugh! this is so NOT the easy way out. THANKS EDIE!!!
