Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

So long as your pouch agrees, it's okay.

I cant fully remember but I think it was either 4 or 6 months when I was cleared. I do well with veggies as long as they are cooked well and just recently I started eating raw carrotts. The little ones. Just a few.
The only thing Ashely is beware that there could be some extra gas from eating them.

I'm 4 months out and have been crunching on raw carrots for about a month now. Also have had broccoli - but I prefer to steam it so I don't usually eat it raw. No problem with celery and peanut butter, just watch the fat content in the peanut butter. I've had pineapple and canteloup too without any problems.

Yep!! I was eating raw and cooked veggies at about 5 months out. Carrots was the one I was told to be the most careful with....as for lettuce...yummy! I was just told to chew the dickens out of it before I swaloow it. Kathy

I am 3 months out an my doctor told me a month ago that I could eat them if I could tolerate them. I just need to make sure I chew, chew, chew. They have saved my life at the holiday parties when the tables were covered with fat laden treats. I just nibbled on a piece of broccoli or cauliflower. They stayed put very well.
